1. Management Trainee
(Based in Subang Jaya)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Degree in Business Management / Administration / Accountancy or its equivalent

Liaise with relevant divisional / departmental / operation personnel to resolve problem

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent. Those with professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA etc) part or full is an advantage
Minimum 5 years experience in accounts with at least 2 years in supervisory position
Able to handle full set of accounts
Proficient in computer application (Word, Excel, etc)
Meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills

3. Accounts Assistant
(Based in Subang Jaya)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To handle Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable

To plan, direct and control all aspects of the operation.

REQUIREMENTS:

(Based in Subang Jaya)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing the full scope of office general administration function such as mailing services, store room, phone systems, office equipment/assets and managing of office supplies and etc
Preparation of monthly cost analysis and monthly expenses report for Accounts Department
Maintain proper record of inventory to ensure effective control of office supplies
Process the purchase orders by liaising with suppliers or principals
Review stock purchase by current stock levels, and lead-time required for manufacturing, potential price increase, anticipation of new orders from stations/subsidiary, suppliers conditions.
Ensure that the purchasing documentation is kept in accordance to the company’s procedures and ISO requirements
Process the orders from the station/subsidiary and dispatch the orders on timely basis
Setup new account and arrange the printing of AWBs for customer/station/subsidiary

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business related fields
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Ability to work to datelines and targets, able to prioritise task and organize workload in an effective and accurate manner

9. Credit Control Assistant
(Based in Subang Jaya)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle a set of customer portfolio for collection
Handle and resolve customer issues & disputes
To ensure the collections system comply with the company’s policy
Issue credit & debit notes
Prepare reports

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma holder
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Computer literate
Independent, dedicated and able to work under pressure
Experience in credit control will be an added advantage

10. Customer Service Assistant

Masa belajar, selalu ponteng lecture, homework tiru, exam pun tiru gak. Study malas. Bila kawan sorang tu berjaya score 4.00 ke, korang kata dia skema. Tengok sekarang ni, dia enak-enak je dah dapat kerja kat syarikat multi-national. Kau pulak terhegeh-hegeh tengah baca artikel tulisan aku ni. Haha. Main-main je kawan. Apa-apa pun, aku baru je tahu tentang beberapa tawaran kerja kosong dari sumber-sumber aku untuk jurutera-jurutera yang mengganggur.
