RESPONSIBILITIES:

2. Accounts Executive / Supervisor
(Based in Subang Jaya)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle full set of accounts
Manage cash flow, inclusive of payables and receivables
Prepare reports for accounts analysis and management purpose
Prepare budget
Liaise with relevant divisional / departmental / operation personnel to resolve problem
Involve in ad-hoc assignment from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent. Those with professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA etc) part or full is an advantage
Minimum 5 years experience in accounts with at least 2 years in supervisory position
Able to handle full set of accounts
Proficient in computer application (Word, Excel, etc)
Meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills

3. Accounts Assistant
(Based in Subang Jaya)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To handle Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
Prepare reports for accounts analysis and management purpose
Liaise with relevant divisional / departmental personnel to resolve problem
Involve in ad-hoc assignment from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts

4. Customer Service Manager
(Based in Klang Valley)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To develop and maintain good business relationships with existing and new customers
Lead the customer service team
To communicate with the customers on the delivery related issues

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business related studies
Must be able to communicate and write in English, Malay and Chinese language
At least 5 years working experience in related field
Ability to work independently

5. Operation Manager
(Based in Klang Valley)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To plan, direct and control all aspects of the operation.
Responsible for local distribution to ensure timely, secure and cost efficient
To communicate with the other departments or network members on delivery related issues
To improve the quality of the existing operations

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics or related field
Ability to communicate and write in English, Malay and Chinese language
At least 5 years working experience in related field
Possess own transport.
Willing to travel and be relocated within Malaysia

6. Customer Relations Executive
(Based in Subang Jaya, Batu Caves, Klang, Bkt Mertajam, Ipoh)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining & servicing existing customers
Provide after sales service
Prepare courier proposal (if any)

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum SPM / STPM or Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration or its equivalent
Sales and customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Possess own transport

To be based indoor

7. Business Development Executive / Telemarketing
(Based in Subang Jaya, Klang, Ipoh)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sourcing for new business
Maintaining & servicing new and existing customers
To plan own sales activity within territory given
To achieve monthly & quarterly sales target
Responding to telephone & email enquiry
Prepare courier proposal to customers on their requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum SPM / STPM or Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration or its equivalent
Sales and customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Possess own transport
Computer literate
To based in outdoor (for the Business Development Executive position)
To be based indoor (for the Telemarketing position)

8. Senior Administration & Purchasing Executive
(Based in Subang Jaya)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing the full scope of office general administration function such as mailing services, store room, phone systems, office equipment/assets and managing of office supplies and etc
Preparation of monthly cost analysis and monthly expenses report for Accounts Department
Maintain proper record of inventory to ensure effective control of office supplies
Process the purchase orders by liaising with suppliers or principals
Review stock purchase by current stock levels, and lead-time required for manufacturing, potential price increase, anticipation of new orders from stations/subsidiary, suppliers conditions.
Ensure that the purchasing documentation is kept in accordance to the company’s procedures and ISO requirements
Process the orders from the station/subsidiary and dispatch the orders on timely basis
Setup new account and arrange the printing of AWBs for customer/station/subsidiary

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business related fields
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Ability to work to datelines and targets, able to prioritise task and organize workload in an effective and accurate manner
Flexible, adaptable and has good organizational skills
Experience operating in a corporate office environment
Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese language
Strong communication, negotiation and sourcing skills

9. Credit Control Assistant
(Based in Subang Jaya)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle a set of customer portfolio for collection
Handle and resolve customer issues & disputes
To ensure the collections system comply with the company’s policy
Issue credit & debit notes
Prepare reports

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma holder
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Computer literate
Independent, dedicated and able to work under pressure
Experience in credit control will be an added advantage

10. Customer Service Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend to customer queries, requests and complaints tactfully and professionally
